Recently we are getting complaints from customers, who are not able to contact us by phone, fax or email. In most of these cases the problems are not caused by us, but there are several reasons for them. Here please find a few common hints:

email-problems:

Please don't sent us email attachments larger than 2 megs. Because we used to get an awfull lot of email attachments, mostly avi-videos, we had to limit the email account to max 2 MB.

A few email providers have been blocked for spaming by several ISP's. For these cases we have set up a fall-back email address, that you may use:
waveline@killinure.net
Please use this particular email address only if you can't send your email to our regular address !!!

Fax- or phone problems:

Ireland has new area phone prefixes: instead of the old code 0902 for Athlone, it is now 090. Furthermore the old numbers have been extended by a "64" at the start, which means that our new phone number is +353 (0)90 6485711, our new faxnummer +353 (0)90 6485716. The old numbers are not in operation any longer !
